What you type

A form on this site collects the name, the phone, the email if you offer one on the later form, and the note about which month is stuck. Every field is visible. Nothing is collected in a hidden box you cannot see, apart from a trap field that automated posts fill and people do not.

If you choose a time on the booking page, Microsoft Bookings holds that time for this practice and the details reach the same people who read the form.

What the browser stores

A page view can carry two random identifiers that stay in your own browser, one that lasts and one that ends when the tab closes, plus the page that sent you and any campaign tags on the link. It stays on our server. It exists so we can see which pages earn their keep.

If the browser asks not to be tracked, that record is not written.

There is no ad pixel, no visitor identification product, and no outside analytics. The network that delivers the pages keeps ordinary request logs for security and rate limits.

Why it is kept

We keep a note so we can answer you, prepare for the conversation you asked for, do the work if you hire it, see which pages help, and meet ordinary record duties. We do not sell the note. We do not hand it to someone else for their advertising. No decision about you is made by a machine alone.

How long, and how it goes

An enquiry stays while we answer it, and while an engagement and the records behind it require. Say the word on the phone and an enquiry you want gone is deleted. A time you booked is kept so we can hold that slot. Cancel it and the note of the slot goes with the cancellation.

You can ask what we hold and ask for a correction. The same phone number reaches the person who can do it.

If this page changes

The date at the top moves when the page moves. A material change is written here, not announced on some other site.
